App performance monitoring startup PagerDuty files its S-1, says it had FY2018 revenue of $79.6M, up 41% YoY, and 10K+ customers, including GE, IBM, and Netflix  —  – PagerDuty had a $15.3 million net loss on sales of $31.2 million in the quarter that ended on Oct. 31.
